American, Copa Airlines and Continental Airlines have lots of flights every day coming from Miami, Orlando, Houston, Atlanta, New York, DC, Los Angeles and other cities. A round-trip plane ticket to Panama may be as low as $350.00. If you are driving, you can get here through the Inter-American Highway that runs through Central America. If you are coming by sea, you can disembark in one of our many ports.

Taxis: Panama has lots of taxis you can stop on the street. A ride from your condo to the university will costs no more than $1.50 regardless of how bad the traffic congestion may be. The taxi ride from the City of Knowledge to our university may costs from $3.00 to $5.00, depending upon the student`s bargaining skills.

Safety
Panama is one of the safest countries in Latin America. Yes, you are probably safer here than in your city in the USA. In more than 10 years of experience bringing students and professors from the USA to Panama, we have not had a single incident. That is a great record and we will work hard to keep it this way . Students are briefed on safety precautions and what places are off-limits. They also given a cell phone for emergencies, a map with instructions where to go, and a list of cell phone numbers to call if they have an emergency.

Housing

Sharing a condo with one, two or three more students will make housing very affordable. Most condos have private security personnel, social areas and swimming pools.
